Let me see you move like you come from Colombia.....

Just a few pictures from Colombia.....

Good times. I felt a little like I was still in Panama when I looked at the layout of the city... Strange.

We counted up our feelings....

Only two more weeks to vacation. I CANNOT WAIT. I am spending 5 days hanging out here, going to the mountains with my friend, to the beach with Fernando, relaxing and sleeping. AND THEN I am headed to Cartagena, Colombia with Laura (my favorite travel buddy!) to meet up with Elise. We are there for 4 days, just enough time.

Before we leave there is a lot going on at school! We have United Nations Day and Bringing Literacy to Life. Fun days for the kids AND the teachers. I always love seeing the kids dress up.

Ok. Here are a few more pictures... INCLUDING pictures of the apartment:

Buen Camino

3 weeks.
319 kilometers.
New friends.
New perspective.
New focus.

This trip to Spain was one, if not THE, hardest thing I've ever done. I learned so much about myself that I would have never known before. I learned that my mind is much stronger than I give it credit for. I was completely capable of convincing my body that it wasn't capable of doing what it needed to..... I am proud of myself for finishing this Camino. I am more proud of myself for not turning around and putting myself on the next plane home (also aided by the fact I didn't want to pay the fee!) I had plenty of time to think about the things that needed thinking and got to practice a little patience (something that I need to work on every day.) It helped put into perspective that I am expecting from myself and my own limitations. All in all, a great trip but not one I'll soon repeat.
